Greve Bonde’s dining room, sumptuous

The castle’s most sumptuous party dining room. Here there is an aristocratic atmosphere with rococo paintings and bright, deep window niches.

Count Christer Bonde was the castle owner in the early 1900 ‘s. When the county Governor Anders Sjöbergs bought the castle in 1922, he built two rooms together. In the wall there are even marks after a blind door.

The walls are lined with 1700-century paintings, probably by the court painter Johan Pasch.
