A Manor house from the 1600 ‘s, on a cliff and with sea views. A meeting between then and now, between sea and land and between people. In addition, delicious food in a stately setting. Can you imagine a better venue for a celebration?
At Mauritzberg you can get everything from a dinner for a few in a cozy dining room, to a larger event in the park of the Manor House. The chapel is made for weddings and baptisms and Greve Bonde’s grand Rococo dining room for a festive dinner. Not to mention the Gallery for a large celebration.
We are at your service with advice and help, so that your particular event will be as you dreamt about!
The planning for a wedding can easily feel both fun and demanding but with the help of our staff you get a well-planned wedding day. Whether you have a small wedding or a big party, we make sure your day is as you thought. For those of you who wish to rent the Manor House for yourself, a planning meeting is included, combined with a menu and wine tasting for about two hours.

Rent the Manor House
Why not make more of the stay by subscribing to the Castle and being completely alone on it? This is possible when you make a reservation for 30 to 70 people.

52 beds with up to 50 dinner guests
Accommodation in the castle’s 18 double rooms (36 beds) plus two lodge villas with four double rooms in each (16 beds), breakfast buffet, chapel rent with altar flowers and table setting in the castle’s large dining room Greve Bonde for a maximum of 50 guests.
52 beds with 50 to 120 diners
Accommodation in the castle’s 18 double rooms (36 beds) and two lodge villas with four double rooms in each (16 beds), breakfast buffet, chapel rental with altar flowers and table setting in the Slottsgalleriet with saloon tables and tongues.
70 beds with 50 to 120 diners
Accommodation in the castle’s 18 double rooms (36 beds), two lodge villas with four double rooms in each (16 beds) and three guesthouses with three bedrooms and six beds per house (18 beds), breakfast buffet, chapel rental with altar flowers and table setting in the Slottsgalleriet with saloon tables and tongues .
